The website
The public website does not ask for health histories, child identities or payment details, and it does not store retreat applications in the public content system. Hosting infrastructure may process basic request data needed to deliver and protect the site.
Forms and external services
When a retreat or webinar uses an external registration form, the page names that service before it loads. Information is sent only after you submit inside that service and is handled under the notice shown with the form. Opening a form is not recorded here as a completed application.
Email and your choices
If you write to hello@somaticrelating.org, your message is processed by the email services used by you and the project team. You may use the same address to ask what information is held about your enquiry or to request correction or deletion where applicable.
